EKI’s Continued Dedication to You During the COVID-19 Crisis

EKI Environment & Water, Inc. (EKI) is committed to providing the responsiveness and quality work our clients rely upon throughout this challenging time. EKI’s Board of Directors has implemented actions that comply with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommendations and local, State, and Federal government orders to protect our staff and communities, while maintaining operations to meet our clients’ needs. These actions include:

  • Working remotely to reduce exposure. Our staff is working and collaborating remotely, which is a common practice within our firm. We are using technology to conduct virtual meetings and conference calls to maintain project communications internally and externally. We are taking the necessary steps to ensure our professionals have the technology and resources necessary to work as efficiently as possible and meet project deadlines.
  • Actively communicating and virtually collaborating. Our Project Managers are communicating with clients to assess how to best achieve current project objectives. We are collaborating with regulators, clients, colleagues, and industry partners through online collaboration applications, virtual meetings, phone calls, and email. We are participating in webinars and other virtual meetings, as conferences, networking events, and workshops are cancelled .
  • Delivering critical path projects. We will continue to conduct field work that can be completed in a manner that complies with local, State, and Federal orders. We have integrated COVID-19 health and safety practices for field work such as social distancing and daily cleaning protocols for offices, vehicles, and equipment. We are also proactively communicating to our clients any potential issues with project delivery.

We want you to know we are here for you and your organization during this rapidly evolving crisis. If you have any questions contact our office at (650) 292-9100. Most of all, we wish health and safety to you, your colleagues and your families.
