Michael J. Moes, PE

Mr. Moes is an environmental/chemical engineer with twenty-nine years of experience in environmental investigations and remedial actions, including site investigations, feasibility studies and treatability studies. His experience includes process design, engineering plans and specifications, construction management, operation and monitoring of remediation systems, vapor intrusion assessment and mitigation design, permitting for air and wastewater discharges, hazardous waste characterization, treatment and disposal, risk assessments and project management.  Mr. Moes is also experienced in the assessment and remediation of soil and groundwater containing petroleum hydrocarbons, chlorinated VOCs, pesticides, PCBs, metals, and other contaminants. Remedial action projects he has been responsible for include soil vapor extraction, in situ bioremediation, in situ chemical oxidation, groundwater extraction, dual-phase extraction, low temperature thermal desorption, excavation, and various air and wastewater treatment technologies.
