Dr. Ying Song has twenty-four years of consulting and management experience in a wide range of environmental projects across the United States, Europe and Asia, including almost twenty years of direct experience in soil and groundwater remediation for federal and industrial/commercial clients. She has a broad knowledge in local environmental regulations, remedial technologies, site investigation methods, design and construction of remediation systems for sites impacted by petroleum hydrocarbons, chlorinated solvents, Dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane, and hexavalent chromium and other heavy metals. Dr. Song has a proven track record of refining and optimizing remedial strategies to advance sites to maximum exit strategy, and of winning and executing cost-plus, time and materials, and firm-fixed price performance-based contracts.
