Mr. Oliver has nearly two decades of experience in groundwater system characterization, the development of numerical flow models, and leading local and regional water planning processes. His work includes updating aquifer management plans for groundwater conservation districts, developing groundwater availability models, characterizing alternative water supplies including brackish groundwater, and supporting water planning strategies for both public and private entities. He has specialized experience in evaluating aquifer recharge, groundwater-surface water interaction, and assessing future groundwater availability, often working with MODFLOW, TTim, and PEST for model calibration and prediction.
