Mr. Plybon has more than ten years of experience as an engineer and project manager with project experience in: contaminated site investigation and remediation; engineering design for civil construction and mechanical systems; operation, maintenance, and monitoring (OM&M) of systems, including vapor intrusion mitigation, soil vapor extraction systems, and groundwater extraction systems; preparation of technical reporting, including feasibility studies, performance evaluation reports, and remdedial action completion reports; preparation of engineer’s cost estimates for complex projects; and construction management and oversight. Mr. Plybon has managed complex projects to meet tight budgets and schedules while ensuring implementation of rigorous Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) programs. He has experience providing high-level programmatic support for his clients, which has included facilitation of meetings between clients and stakeholders, such as land owners, business partners, community members, and regulators. Mr. Plybon holds Professional Engineering licenses in CA, NY, NJ, MA, CT, and NC.
