Mr. Osorio has over twenty-six years of experience as a GIS Specialist relative to multi-disciplinary engineering services, which include cartography and web-based data management, as well as the development of utilities, environmental, and water quality geo-databases. He also has experience in coordinating large mapping projects that consisted of integrating digital photogrammetry, as-built CAD layouts, digital topographic maps, and databases. He is well versed in software programs such as ArcMap, ArcGIS, ArcGIS Survey, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Surfer, and Microsoft Access.
