Mr. Bennett is a professional geologist with over twenty-five years of experience in both consulting and industry working on site assessments, remediation and regulatory compliance with regard to air, soil, groundwater, and surface water. Much of Mr. Bennett’s career has involved supporting industrial and commercial clients, including the mining industry.
Mr. Bennett’s experience includes supporting clients with routine and complicated technical and regulatory issues related to National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits and waste discharge requirements for stormwater and industrial wastewater. These services have involved a wide range of skills, including strategy development, regulatory knowledge, negotiation skills, and technical skills such as geochemistry and geochemical modeling to predict potential outcomes in receiving waters resulting from stormwater or wastewater discharges.
