Mr. Barber is a hydrogeologist with fifteen years of experience in water resource engineering and groundwater engineering. His expertise is in sustainable groundwater development, water rights engineering, alternative project delivery, and water resource economics and markets and project commercial development. Mr. Barber’s work includes full life cycle municipal water resource development, from feasibility through operations and industrial water resource development including oil and gas, fresh water, and disposal and hyperscale datacenter and associated power generation water supply.
