Ms. Kask is a collaborative project manager with over twenty-four years of experience managing and providing technical support for environmental assessment, remediation, and compliance projects across the Northeast. Ms. Kask provides technical and regulatory management for projects regulated by state and federal programs including the Connecticut Property Transfer Act, the Connecticut Voluntary Remediation Program, the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP), the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Corrective Action Program and the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) program for polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs). She has worked with clients and regulators to develop and achieve project objectives for PCB sites, former manufactured gas plants (MGP), dry cleaners, bulk petroleum facilities, bank and financial centers, industrial commercial facilities, retail commercial properties, gasoline service stations and more. Ms. Kask is experienced in environmental due diligence, vapor intrusion studies and mitigation, and the evaluation and implementation of a wide-range of remedial technologies such as in-situ chemical oxidation (ISCO), enhanced biological degradation, DNAPL and LNAPL recovery systems, soil vapor extraction, air sparging, dual phase extraction, soil excavation and engineered controls. Ms. Kask has performed, written, managed and reviewed Phase I ESA reports for a variety of land uses throughout the United States.
