Ms. Flores has over eighteen years of experience working in water resources planning. She has supported clients throughout California with water resources planning, including Urban Water Management Plans (UWMPs), integrated regional water management plans, strategic supply planning, demand forecasting, and reliability improvement studies. She specializes in preparing supply reliability analyses, developing tools and systems models to robustly analyze and forecast demands and supplies, and identifying and evaluating options for improving supply reliability and resiliency.
