Ms. Lucero has fourteen years of experience in hydrogeologic data gathering, collection and evaluation, groundwater flow modeling and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). She develops and implements numerical models, researches the geology and hydrology of project areas, aids in grant administration, and assists Groundwater Sustainability Agencies (GSAs) with Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) development and implementation. She is also skilled in field data collection methods and processing. Ms. Lucero develops and implements numerical models, researches the geology and hydrology of project areas, collects groundwater levels and groundwater samples from the field, conducts spatial analyses and creates maps using ArcGIS, and summarizes results in hydrologic and water quality reports.
