Ms. Wasko has nearly two decades of professional experience spanning technical and executive leadership roles. She brings a practical, business-focused perspective to organizational transformation and growth, working across the organization to translate strategic objectives into effective execution. She focuses on aligning people, processes, technology, and resources to strengthen business performance while maintaining the high level of technical excellence and client service for which EKI is known. She is particularly passionate about developing leaders, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and building systems and processes that enable organizations to grow without losing their culture or effectiveness.
Before joining EKI, Christine served as Chief Operating Officer of a $55-million environmental consulting and construction firm with operations nationwide. During her tenure, she helped lead sustained double-digit year-over-year growth, achieving the company’s highest net profit and EBITDA in its history. She also played a key role in guiding the organization through its transition from a small business enterprise to a medium business enterprise, while strengthening organizational infrastructure, cultivating a high-performance culture, and positioning the company for continued growth.
