Mr. Beaman is a Professional Civil Engineer with more than twenty years of experience delivering water, wastewater, and recycled water projects. His background includes planning, budgeting, prioritization, and execution of Capital Improvement Programs (CIPs) for multiple municipalities. His expertise spans design engineering, field investigations and infrastructure condition assessments, permitting and environmental compliance, as well as project management and construction oversight.
Prior to joining EKI, Mr. Beaman served as Assistant Director of Public Works for the City of Oxnard, where he oversaw the City’s water, wastewater, and recycled water divisions. In this role, he was responsible for building and leading the City’s utility engineering team and advancing critical water and wastewater infrastructure projects. He served as Program Manager for the City’s Water and Wastewater Five-Year Capital Improvement Program, managing more than $125 million in active contracts.
