Ms. Ruby is a water resources engineer with over a decade of experience leading and supporting a variety of projects for public water agencies, including water supply planning, drought contingency planning, hydraulic modeling, and water reuse projects. She brings strong technical analysis, project management, and communication skills in her engineering, planning and policy work. Her work involves coordination and collaboration with multiple agencies and stakeholders.
