Kathryn L. Wuelfing

Ms. Wuelfing has 14 years of consulting experience in environmental sciences and water resources.  Her work at EKI has included water resources planning; conservation program evaluation and strategic planning; development of Urban Water Management Plans, SB 610-compliant Water Supply Assessments, and Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA) Groundwater Sustainability Plans (GSPs); and development of spreadsheet-based and database tools for use by clients. In addition, Ms. Wuelfing has worked on a variety of hazardous waste contamination projects, including numerous Phase I ESA and Phase II environmental site investigations, implementation of soil, soil gas, groundwater, and indoor air investigations, and remediation of soil and groundwater pollution.  Ms. Wuelfing’s technical skills include design and management of relational databases, geo-spatial relational databases (ESRI ArcGIS tools), SQL programming, data visualization and statistical analysis.
